Illustration: a row of four little painted shops, a juice bar, a photographer's studio, a bakery and a florist. As you scroll, a red thread weaves through them and each shop comes into colour as the thread reaches it.

Your website should feel like walking into your shop.

  • Nothing off the shelf

Every site starts from a blank page and your story.

  • Room to play

Expect an odd idea or two. Finding your personality is the fun part.

  • Yours, completely

Your domain, your data, and a site you can update yourself.

Behind every site

A back office that fits the way you work

Every site comes with its own dashboard: one login instead of a drawer full of subscriptions.

See everything it can do
  • Orders and bookings

Everything coming in, with online payments built in.

  • Income and expenses

What came in, what went out, and what’s left.

  • Your words, your site

Change words, photos and prices yourself.

How it works

  1. An empty shopfront

    Step 1: A proper conversation

We talk about what you offer, who your customers are and what slows you down.

  2. Plans in the window

    Step 2: A plan and a quote

A plan for your site and dashboard, and a clear quote before anything is built.

  3. The fit-out

    Step 3: Design and build

I make your site and dashboard, and you see previews along the way.

  4. Doors open

Step 4: Live, found, and yours

Your domain, hosting and SEO are set up, and I stay on hand after launch.

Three ways to start

  • The Corner

    A website

For when people find you and get in touch.

  • The Studio

    A website + bookings

For when clients book your time: shoots, sessions, appointments.

  • The Shopfront

    A website + online shop

For when people buy what you make or sell.

Something else entirely? Those are the fun ones.

Zoë Montague, who designs and builds every Weft website.

Why weft?

Weft is a weaving word: it’s the thread that makes the pattern. Your business comes first, and I weave the website around it, so it fits you, not a template.

Weft is one person: me, Zoë. I design and build the sites, I’m a photographer, and I’m doing my master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, the study of how businesses and the people in them work. You get all three, woven into one.
